reduction woodcut

Whether from Robert Frost or personal experience, the memory of snowy woods is evocative. The crunch of snow underfoot is the only sound in the hush. The purple shadows length on the ground in the early evening.
This reduction woodcut was inspired from a photo by Gerry Tapper.
